Aptly named for the lovely lady who once owned this property for over 60 years, CLOVER'S CREEKSIDE COTTAGE, is a quaint & cozy 2BR/1Bath home, situated alongside Reedy Patch Creek in Bat Cave. Surrounded on 3 sides by a beautiful, spacious yard, this is the perfect, peaceful mountain setting for your vacation.
Entering from the back deck, you’ll step into the fully equipped kitchen and dining area w/seating for four (4). Next is the living room with a flat screen TV, as well as an additional table & chairs for playing board games, cards, etc. The homeowner has provided several board games for those rainy days when you can’t be playing or fishing in the creek or enjoying a game of corn hole in the yard. **Fireplace currently not available.
Just off the living room is a gorgeous, sun porch with oversized windows & comfy rocking chairs. The views will make your morning coffee taste even better!
Off the opposite side of the living room are a Queen bedroom w/flat screen TV, a second bedroom with a Full bed, and the bathroom w/tub-shower combo.
There's also a nice concrete patio on the front side of the house with some nice chairs to to sit in while dinner is cooking on the charcoal grill.
There are many benefits to this property, one of which is that it is all on one level, and the other is its location. Easiliy accessible from Highway 64 (Chimney Rock Road), you’re only 5 minutes from Chimney Rock & Lake Lure and 30 minutes from Asheville, Hendersonville, Tryon & Rutherfordton.
