Welcome to “LAZY LAKE DAYZ” and all that this exquisite 4BR/3.5Bath home has to offer. Located in the Rumbling Bald Resort, means guests will have full access to all resort amenities (i.e., indoor & outdoor pools, lazy river, tennis courts, private beach on Lake Lure, canoe & kayak rentals, pontoon boat rentals, mini golf, & so much more).
Entering on the main level of the home, into the kitchen & dining area, your gaze immediately goes to the sliding glass doors that lead out onto the upper-level deck that runs the entire length of the home, overlooking the 11th Green of the Bald Mountain Golf Course. Just off the dining room is the living room that has beautifully decorated light & airy furnishings, and also has sliding glass doors leading out onto the upper-level deck as well as a gas fireplace. This room immediately puts you into a calm, peaceful state & tells your mind to “relax.” Just off the living room, is the master bedroom with a King bed & a sitting area & 48” flat screen TV and sliding glass doors leading out to the upper-level deck. The master bathroom has a jetted soaker tub, a separate walk-in shower & a double-sink vanity. There is also a half-bath on this level as well. The upper level deck has a nice table and chairs for enjoying your morning coffee.
Downstairs, on the lower level you’ll find an awesome den/rec room with a large sectional sofa, an 85” flat screen TV, a foosball table, a PacMan game console table, and… sliding glass doors leading out to the screened porch that runs the entire length of the house. There is a second King Master Suite off to the left of the Den, with a King bed, a 48” flat screen tv & sliding glass doors leading out to the screened porch. This Bathroom has a tub/shower combo & a double-sink vanity. There are two other guest bedrooms on this level of the home, one with two (2) twin beds, also with a 48” flat screen TV, and a bunk room with two (2) sets of bunk beds, which also has sliding glass doors leading out to the screened porch, and another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo & a single sink vanity. The screened porch has comfy furnishings for evenings after dinner as well as a Pop-A-Shot Arcade Basketball Game for your enjoyment.
