Established in 2008,Exclusive Mountain Properties intentionally keeps our inventory of vacation rental homes to a maximum of 30 properties in order to insure our homeowners that we are maintaining & managing their homes to the best of our ability. We will never take on more than we can handle proficiently and with excellence. With nearly 20 yrs. of experience in the vacation rental property management business, and 12 of those years as owners of this company, we have extensive knowledge on what guests desire in a vacation home. We personally seek out homes that we believe will provide the best possible vacation for our guests, and we strive to maintain each home with excellence. Our goal is to create a relaxing, accommodating atmosphere that guests will want to come back to again and again.
